Coverage & Scope:

This refund policy pertains to refunds from Hexcraft Web Solutions and/or a website owned and operated by Hexcraft Web Solutions, a creative digital agency based in India. This policy does not apply to companies not owned or controlled by Hexcraft Web Solutions, or to individuals not employed or managed by Hexcraft Web Solutions. This includes third-party service/product providers under contract and any third-party websites linked to Hexcraft Web Solutions’s website.

Filing a Complaint:

At Hexcraft Web Solutions, a creative digital agency in India, we approach each project with a commitment to delivering a satisfactory end product. We believe in making every effort to resolve issues before considering a refund. We encourage clients to engage in a final dialogue by contacting us at contact@hexcraft.in before initiating a refund request. Only if a mutual resolution cannot be reached through dialogue should a refund claim be filed.

Eligibility for Refund:

At Hexcraft Web Solutions, we prioritize the careful and professional handling of each project. Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:

Website / Web / Graphic Design:

Full refund: If the project has not commenced or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy initiates after receiving the upfront payment and takes 180 days to process.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund is proportional to the work completed.
No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

Logo Design / Brochure Design:

Full refund: If the project has not started or if the initial design style has not been approved.
Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund is proportional to the work completed.
No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

Web Programming:

Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
Partial refund: In accordance with the amount of work done until the client decides to cancel the order. The amount is calculated based on the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed per the project’s predefined scope.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution):

Full refund: If the project has not been initiated by the programmer/designer/content writer/SEO expert or any other resource and/or staff.
Proportionate refund: In accordance with the amount of work done until the client decides to cancel the order.
No refund: For the time that the services have already been provided.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy:

A project is not considered void unless agreed-upon payments are clear. The refund policy is not applicable if the necessary information for successful project completion is not provided to us on time. If there is a delay or failure in project completion due to improper communication from the client, it cannot be attributed to Hexcraft Web Solutions. Hexcraft Web Solutions is not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments if the information provided by the client is incomplete or if complete information regarding the project is not provided at the project’s initiation.

Compensation for delivery delays is not provided unless there is an agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.

Limitation of Liability:

Hexcraft Web Solutions’s liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project (as per our proposal) at a given point in time. Hexcraft Web Solutions is not responsible for losses due to provided/not provided services or delays. The obligation to refund exists only if the client cancels the project, and such cancellation is communicated to Hexcraft Web Solutions in writing.

Processing of Refunds:

Partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the cancellation date, using the payment method agreed upon at the project’s beginning.
